AI answers, grounded in your own content

Your website's friendliest expert. With receipts.

Askpaca reads your website and documents, then answers your visitors' questions in plain language. Every answer cites the page it came from. When the answer isn't in your content, Askpaca says it doesn't know instead of making something up.

How Askpaca works

Three steps, no training data to label and no code beyond a single script tag.

STEP 1

Crawl your site

Point Askpaca at your website. It reads your sitemap, keeps the main content of each page (skipping menus, footers and other boilerplate), and indexes it.

STEP 2

Upload documents

Add Markdown, text or HTML files such as manuals, policies and FAQs. They're searchable alongside your web pages.

STEP 3

Cited answers

Embed one script tag. Visitors ask questions in a chat bubble and get short answers with numbered citations that link to the source pages.

🙅 Honest by design

Answers come only from your content. If your pages don't cover a question, Askpaca politely declines and points visitors to help instead of guessing.

🔒 Your sites only

Each assistant gets a site key that only works on the domains you allow. Each account's assistants and documents are kept separate.

⚡ Fast

Askpaca runs on Cloudflare's global network. Most answers arrive in two to three seconds.
